    This interactive presentation will demonstrate techniques to create a job worth hierarchy for you organization based on market competitive salaries for benchmark jobs (external) and then how to slot your organization's remaining jobs around the benchmark jobs.

    Morgan is Compensation Manager at Shaw Industries and teaches Compensation in the Masters of Industrial-Organizational Psychology program at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Morgan earned his M.S. I/O at UTC and his B.S. in Psychology at Freed-Hardman University
