Talent attraction, retention, and development are routinely cited among the greatest threats to organizations. According to PWC, 1/2 of CEOs indicate changing their focus on their leadership pipeline is necessary to remaining competitive. During this meeting, Dr. Chris Cunningham, PhD, will share his research and professional experience to help HR professionals and business leaders better identify leadership potential, a critical part of this focus. Attendees should leave with a better understanding of market trends and best practices to help them improve their talent strategies.
