In his role with Northwestern Benefit Corporation, he uses this insight to help optimize the Total Reward programs for high performing organizations. Eric and his team are responsible for delivering customer focused solutions and strategic guidance. His creativity, fresh perspective and knowledge has earned him the reputation as an innovative advisor. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University and a Master of Business Administration from Mercer University. Eric, his wife Ali and dog Coal live in Roswell, GA.
