With the start of a new year and a renewed focus on improving ourselves and our teams, January's meeting will be a special 1.5 credit course entitled 5 Habits of Destructive Leaders. This workshop is designed to provide insights into the bad habits developed by destructive HR leaders, how to recognize these habits when confronted with them, and how to spot positive traits of effective HR leaders and teams.
